• $50 per athlete
  (Includes $47 ASA Fee + $3 Convenience Charge)
• Starting April 16: $70 per athlete
  ($47 ASA Fee + $20 Late Fee + $3 Convenience Charge)
• Starting June 2: $75 per athlete
  ($47 ASA Fee + $25 Late Fee + $3 Convenience Charge
